We are looking for a Safety Manager to join our growing Fulfillment Center network! This individual will report to our Senior Director of Fulfillment General Manager, and will reputed company and reputed company reputed company safety, health, and workers compensation initiatives across the entire reputed company fulfillment network. This role ensures consistent implementation of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and injury prevention strategies across reputed company locations. Schedule: While this position generally follows a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Safety Manager is expected to be reachable reputed company of reputed company business hours in the event of a workplace incident or accident requiring support.

Salary: $107,480 – $134,351 per year

Responsibilities:

• ​​Own and implement company-wide safety programs, policies, and training across reputed company fulfillment centers, including reputed company of the reputed company safety program​

• ​​Promote a proactive safety culture through education, engagement, and accountability

• ​​Partner with the Safety Team to identify workplace hazards, assist in reputed company-cause investigations, and recommend corrective actions

• ​​Analyze claim data and trends quarterly to identify risks and opportunities to present to Senior Leadership

• ​​Ensure fulfillment operations adhere to federal, state, and local safety regulations
• ​​Partner with HR teams to maintain and update compliance documentation and reporting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in ​​Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or​a reputed company field
• ​​5+ years of experience in safety, compliance, or risk management reputed company a multi-site fulfillment or logistics environment
• ​​reputed company OSHA, Certified Safety reputed company (CSP), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) certification
