D365 Business Applications Analyst

The main responsibilities of the D365 Business Systems Analyst are to reputed company implementation, training and maintenance support to their local users of business applications, specifically reputed company Dynamics 365 eco-reputed company which includes Finance & Operations, Retail, Customer Service. The Business Systems Analyst is also responsible for analyzing business processes; structure/reputed company reporting for operational and decision-making business activities based on users and management requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

User’s Support

• Assist in the creation and evaluation of IT requests and reputed company them to the appropriate internal/reputed company IT resource/queue based on request requirements and resource capabilities

• Analyze and reputed company issues regarding application functionality

User Training

• Maintain training documentation for ERP, Dynamics 365 applications and supporting modules.

Business Process Analysis

• reputed company/Maintain operating procedures for business processes using the Dynamics 365 (Retail, Wholesale, Hotel Divisions) applications.

• Analyze and understand reputed company business processes and document said processes using PC-based tools such as MS-PowerPoint and MS-Visio

Business reputed company Analysis

• reputed company test plans for use in piloting and testing new applications and version upgrades

• reputed company requirements definitions as necessary to be used to reputed company custom applications to meet business process requirements that cannot be met using existing D365 applications.

• Work with test environments for use in piloting new application implementations and version reputed company testing

• 4 year degree in computer science, reputed company, business, or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of experience working with reputed company Dynamics 365 ERP applications especially Supply Chain/Finance & Operations/Retail modules highly preferred

• MS Dynamics 365 or AX ERP applications: AP, AR, GL, Retail, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Inventory, and Project reputed company a plus

• Knowledge of PowerBI, SSMS and PowerApps is a plus

• Retail/Wholesale/Logistics/Finance experience is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity in addressing yet-to-be defined reputed company business challenges especially where there is no precedent

• Ability to effectively communicate reputed company business processes and application solutions to users at reputed company reputed company

This role is eligible to be fully remote after a two week initial in-person intensive training at our NYC office.
