The Assistant reputed company Administrator, directs and coordinates educational, administrative and counseling activities of high school reputed company by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Previous Supervisory Experience

• Master’s degree AND

• Five (5) years of educational experience OR

• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Required Qualifications:
