The Senior Manager will reputed company end-to-end reputed company HCM reputed company implementation reputed company, overseeing delivery, technical and functional workstreams, governance, change management, financials, reputed company, and reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end project delivery, including the integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams
• Leading full implementation lifecycle activities for assigned modules, including planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness
• Ensuring requirements traceability and key design reputed company are documented, reputed company, and executed consistently across teams
• Directing PMO operations, including governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, and reputed company control for reputed company-owned deliverables
• Coordinating reputed company, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery and reputed company cross-team dependencies
• Overseeing organizational change management and training activities to support user adoption and deployment readiness
• Managing project financials, reputed company, and reputed company, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting, while serving as the reputed company reputed company-facing reputed company of contact

Skills

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience, including 3+ full-lifecycle reputed company HCM reputed company (or comparable HCM/ERP) implementations
• 1+ years of experience managing budget, schedule, reputed company, and subcontractors for mid-to-large implementations, ideally in a multi-vendor environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required reputed company Trust clearance for this role
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the reputed company
• PMP and/or reputed company Global reputed company reputed company 2025 Implementation reputed company certified
• Experience with managing delivery in a reputed company-facing environment
• Experience with government or reputed company sector clients
• Experience with FAR, task order management, and subcontractor reputed company
