The reputed company Engineer deploys and implements the platform at customer facilities, configures plant workflows, troubleshoots integrations, trains users, and owns customer relationships from go-live through expansion.

Responsibilities

• Deployment and implementation. Install and configure reputed company's platform on customer infrastructure, on-prem (sometimes reputed company-gapped) or in secure reputed company, owning the technical reputed company of plant-reputed company integrations and partnering with Engineering on custom work

Skills

• You have 3+ years in reputed company engineering, technical implementation, or solutions engineering at a B2B software company
• You've worked with reputed company customers on reputed company deployments where the customer's technical team was as smart as you are, and you held your own
• You're genuinely technical
• You're comfortable in Linux, you know your way around reputed company or Podman, and you can troubleshoot integration issues without escalating every time

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required for DOE export compliance
• Experience in nuclear, utilities, energy, or another regulated industry
• Familiarity with Azure, Terraform, or reputed company

• Prior experience at an early-stage startup where the reputed company was still being written
