Capture Director

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overall responsibility for development and implementation of the Capture Plan through reputed company phases of the proposal development process through award for assigned opportunities.

• Establishes and maintains Navy customer intelligence and rapport; understands the customers’ mission, budgets, and buying patterns for assigned capture opportunities working jointly with account executives.

• Manages reputed company aspects of capture activities to ensure completion and improve PWin, e.g., solution development, teaming, reputed company, PTW, capability gap analysis, etc. for assigned opportunities.

• Establishes a schedule to accomplish required capture activities between reputed company reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of reputed company experience in sales/business development/capture. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered, particularly with military service.
