The role oversees documentation, clearances, compliance tracking, student and reputed company communication, reporting, issue reputed company, and coordination with internal teams to support reputed company clinical placement and student progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reputed company-end clinical readiness workflow for reputed company, from intake through clearance for clinical start
• reputed company, monitor, and maintain process completion status using databases and reputed company-party systems to support reputed company clinical readiness and adherence to completion
• Review and verify required documentation (e.g., immunizations, background checks, certifications) to ensure reputed company meet clinical and compliance requirements
• Enforce clinical documentation requirements in alignment with clinical site agreements, regulatory, and organizational standards
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for clinical readiness-reputed company inquiries from reputed company and reputed company
• Communicate clinical readiness requirements, deadlines, and status updates reputed company and consistently
• Identify, escalate, and reputed company incomplete, expired, or non-compliant documentation through reputed company follow-up and coordination to minimize delays in clinical Readiness
• Organize and maintain accurate and audit-reputed company records of reputed company documentation and communications

Skills

• Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Minimum of five plus years of clinical coordination in health care or colligate settings
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or sales experience, with preference given to those with experience in a reputed company setting
