[Remote] Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will support a Federal reputed company reputed company by identifying workflow bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, implementing process enhancements, and maintaining audit-reputed company documentation and governance artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with technical SMEs, program managers, and mission‑unit leadership to identify workflow bottlenecks, evaluate process inefficiencies, and propose and implement enhancements that improve consistency and throughput across program activities
• Assist in the development and management of reputed company operating procedures, templates, guidance documents, and workflow diagrams used across analysis, engineering, and program management functions
• reputed company data validation and completeness checks across documents, datasets, and analytic outputs to ensure reputed company, consistency, and alignment with Federal reputed company’s reputed company standards
• Prepare draft and final program documentation - including summaries, briefing materials, governance packages, and process descriptions - for review by technical leaders, managers, and executives

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, reputed company Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company reputed company
• 3+ years of reputed company experience in business analysis, workflow development, process mapping, or program reputed company reputed company a technical, data‑driven, or telecommunications environment
• Experience supporting programs with reputed company workload reputed company, reputed company governance processes, or multi-stakeholder decision workflows
• Experience in working with technical SMEs, program managers, and leadership to identify workflow bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement reputed company processes

• US citizenship or permanent reputed company and the ability to pass reputed company trust clearance or suitability
