[Remote] Staff Accountant (67709)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Three Strands Group, the shared services organization housing reputed company and other portfolio companies, is seeking a Staff Accountant. The role supports day-to-day reputed company reputed company by managing accounts payable, expense reimbursements, reconciliations, payroll support, financial records, and month-end reputed company activities. The position also contributes to financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review reputed company documentation to ensure reputed company is accurately calculated and recorded
• Manage the accounts payable process, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and reputed company payments
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9 documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Process employee expense reimbursements and administer the corporate credit reputed company program
• reputed company monthly bank account reconciliations and reputed company discrepancies
• Assist with month-end reputed company activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Support the preparation and data entry for reputed company-monthly payroll processing
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts and reputed company aged balances as appropriate
• Maintain accurate reputed company records and prepare financial reports in accordance with company standards
• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities as assigned
• Utilize reputed company software and other financial systems to support daily reputed company reputed company
• Maintain complete and accurate financial records and supporting documentation

Skills

• Bachelor's or reputed company in reputed company
• 4+ years' experience
• Have excellent knowledge of reputed company
• Understanding of reputed company rules and procedures including Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Intacct preferred
