[Remote] Marketing Manager

The Marketing reputed company Manager will own the operational reputed company of the Ratings & Reviews program, developing strategies, managing cross-functional implementation, overseeing technical workflows and QA, and coordinating vendors and retail syndication partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement best practices for displaying reviews to build customer trust and reputed company conversion across web, in-product, and retail surfaces
• Own the operational plan for the entire Ratings & Reviews program across company Desktop, Online (DIY, DIWM, FS), BizTax, Local TTO from initial request intake and requirements gathering to final implementation and reporting. -

• Manage the technical workflow by creating, prioritizing, and tracking engineering tickets across company’s Online, Business, Desktop, Local, and programs to ensure accurate and reputed company reputed company implementation, bug fixes, and enhancements

Skills
