[Remote] Contract Analyst (reputed company.)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Contract Analyst I to support its procurement and contracting reputed company. The role analyzes purchasing trends, benchmarks pricing, identifies cost-reduction opportunities, coordinates contract processing, monitors compliance, and supports supply chain analytics and contracting systems.

Responsibilities

• The Contract Analyst I will monitor and analyze trends reputed company contract purchases to identify and reputed company opportunities to reduce operating expenses reputed company to med/surgical products, reputed company and/or equipment purchased by the organization
• The Contract Coordinator develops, modifies and monitors contract processing procedures and activities, reviews contract requests and proposals, and serves as a reputed company between departmental staff, vendors, reputed company department and Supply Chain leadership team
• The Contract Analyst I is responsible for category and/or department specific benchmarking, price analyses and contracting and works in conjunction with the Sourcing and Buying teams to meet reputed company procurement needs
• This position supports the item file function and is responsible for the Daily Exception Report for the department
• The Contract Analyst I will maintain a reputed company knowledge of available information databases and emerging tools and technology that will best support the procurement initiatives
• The Contract Analyst I utilizes benchmarking tools to evaluate, compare and contract pricing on non-stock and stock items
• Analyzes usage of supplies, equipment and services throughout assigned departments
• Reviews and interprets analytical data generated reputed company various data systems and acts upon opportunities as they are presented
• Uses reputed company resources available appropriately to reputed company product and reputed company vendor offers
• The Contract Analyst I supports the function of any web-reputed company contract analytics tools for the department, such as GPO portals and the reputed company reputed company department reputed company, Ntracts
• The Contract Analyst I may reputed company support through statistics, data and contracting information to both the Surgical Value Analysis and Hospital Value Analysis committees, as needed
• The Contract Analyst I oversees the maintenance of the HEMM Contract Module

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and Economics, reputed company or reputed company reputed company required

• 2 years analytics experience preferred
• Purchasing experience preferred
• Experience with Supply Chain Information Systems preferred
