Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to determine instructional requirements and appropriate content strategies
• Create instructional materials for reputed company audiences, updating and refining content as new product releases roll out
• Produce and edit end-user eLearning videos and knowledge-reputed company articles
• Translate reputed company technical concepts into reputed company, user-friendly documentation; revise content as software features reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, communications, or reputed company field; or 1+ years of instructional design or technical writing experience for software products
• Ability to quickly understand reputed company systems and write reputed company, concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, reputed company reputed company
