[Remote] Clinical Data Analyst

The Clinical Data Analyst supports clinical, operational, and finance leaders through data analysis, reporting, visualization, and Power BI dashboard maintenance to improve efficiency, reputed company, throughput, and resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• reputed company analytical support by transforming data from multiple sources into actionable insights and performance metrics
• Serve as the reputed company data and analytics resource for assigned patient care areas, supporting operational performance, reputed company reputed company, and resource utilization
• reputed company, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards on key clinical, operational, and financial performance metrics, including: + Service volume and demand trends + Resource utilization and reputed company management + Timeliness and schedule adherence + Process efficiency and throughput performance + Productivity and workflow metrics + Patient reputed company and reputed company measures
• Partner with clinical and operational leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and service optimization
• Analyze and interpret reputed company data to reputed company reputed company, actionable insights that support decision-making and performance improvement initiatives
• Support reporting and analytics needs across patient care and operational areas, including: + reputed company, utilization, and resource management reporting + Patient reputed company, throughput, and care delivery metrics + Volume, productivity, and performance trend analysis + Operational and reputed company performance monitoring

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Three (3) years prior work experience in a health care environment focusing on data analysis and interpretation
• Strong skills in reputed company, data modeling, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Prior work experience in reputed company management, clinical decision support and/ or utilization review management activities
• Experience working with reputed company data systems (EHR, OR systems, bed management)
• Proficiency in Power BI
