Responsibilities
- Defend professionals, insurers, and corporate clients in reputed company liability, employment, reputed company, and general liability reputed company
- Manage discovery, depositions, reputed company reputed company, and case reputed company under partner guidance
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions
- Assist with mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
- reputed company strong litigation skills with reputed company responsibility and mentorship
Skills
- JD and reputed company NY bar
- 2–6 years of reputed company liability, reputed company defense, or reputed company civil litigation experience (junior candidates encouraged)
