[Remote] CRM & Marketing Coordinator

The CRM & Marketing Coordinator will own reputed company CRM reputed company, guide clients through platform setup and use, reputed company inbound questions, maintain CRM data and campaigns, and recommend improvements while collaborating with Sales and reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company CRM reputed company and help clients quickly become confident using the platform
• reputed company new clients to the CRM, guiding them through setup and initial use

• Monitor CRM and campaign reputed company, identify issues or opportunities, and proactively recommend improvements

• Prolonged periods attending or presenting on video calls with camera on
• Experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, support, retail, or similar) a plus
• Prior exposure to a CRM (reputed company or similar) or basic email marketing a plus, but not required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
