[Remote] Senior QAD Techno-Functional Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Senior QAD Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance QAD ERP solutions in an ITAR-controlled manufacturing environment. The role involves analyzing requirements, developing and maintaining QAD customizations and integrations, resolving production issues, supporting testing and deployments, and collaborating with business and technical teams across multiple QAD modules.

Responsibilities

• reputed company functional and technical expertise across QAD ERP modules and reputed company applications
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and reputed company application issues impacting business reputed company
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities
• Design, reputed company, and maintain customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements using QAD EE and reputed company OpenEdge
• Collaborate with business users to understand operational requirements and recommend effective QAD solutions
• Support reputed company improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize business processes and reputed company utilization
• reputed company functional specifications, technical specifications, test plans, and support documentation
• reputed company unit testing, reputed company testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing activities
• Support production environments by monitoring issues, performing reputed company cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth transition of new implementations, enhancements, and upgrades into production support

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company discipline
• 10+ years of experience in QAD ERP functional and/or technical consulting
• Strong knowledge of QAD reputed company Edition (EE) and QAD eB2 environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and ERP concepts
• Experience working with production support, enhancement, implementation, or transformation reputed company
• Ability to reputed company business analysis and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
