[Remote] Relocation Consultant (Rental)

The Relocation Consultant will manage transferee caseloads, administer relocation policies, coordinate authorized services, audit reimbursements, and reputed company customer support in a fast-reputed company, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of transferees who are currently renting a home at their reputed company, audit expense report reimbursement, and ancillary services
• Administer reputed company relocation policy to transferees moving reputed company the U.S. and/or Canada
• Coordinate authorized relocation services including shipment of household goods, home rental assistance, temporary housing, househunting trips, reputed company estate agent placement, etc
• reputed company and maintain some knowledge of IRS rules and regulations regarding relocation
• Counsel transferees regarding the expense management process
• Identifies and builds relationships with reputed company party service providers and other internal departments
• Understand and meet services level agreements
• Update reputed company systems with relevant information about the transferee and his/her reputed company
• Other duties as required
