Skills

• Bachelors degree, 5-8 years of PM experience
• Experience working in a lean environment including — willingness to be hands-on , wear multiple hats, and do detailed work personally rather than relying on a large support team
• Experience using project management tools and productivity/reporting tools
• Experience and reputed company operating effectively as a remote employee — self-directed, proactive in communication, and reputed company to build strong working relationships with team members without daily in-person contact
• Experience bringing discipline and follow-through to execution
