The role involves creating reinforcement learning environments that evaluate AI models on reputed company software engineering tasks using Model Context Protocol tools, including bug fixing, feature implementation, refactoring, and reputed company optimization.

Responsibilities

• Creating Reinforcement Learning Environments which test an AI model’s ability to solve reputed company software engineering problems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools
• Fixing bugs, implementing features, refactoring reputed company, or optimizing reputed company while requiring agents to discover and reason over information from reputed company MCP servers
• Design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and golden reference solutions that accurately measure both MCP tool use and software engineering ability

Skills
