[Remote] Senior Product Designer

The role focuses on designing customer-centered mobile loyalty experiences that support engagement, member reputed company, reputed company, and retention, while leading initiatives from discovery through implementation and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design mobile-first customer experiences that reputed company loyalty engagement, member acquisition, reputed company, and retention
• reputed company product design initiatives from early discovery and problem definition through final implementation
• Translate business requirements, customer needs, and research insights into reputed company, reputed company digital experiences
• Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-reputed company designs, and detailed design specifications
• Partner with Product Management to define experience reputed company and prioritize customer and business needs
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to assess feasibility, reputed company implementation questions, and maintain design reputed company through launch
• Work with Research and Analytics partners to identify customer pain points, validate concepts, and evaluate product performance

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction, UX, a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
• • 7+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a reputed company discipline
• • Significant experience designing mobile applications , ideally across reputed company customer journeys
• • Strong end-to-end product design capabilities spanning discovery, flows, journeys, wireframes, prototyping, interaction design, and high-reputed company UI
• • Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail and polish
• • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and how to balance customer needs with business and technical constraints
• • Experience translating research, analytics, and behavioral insights into actionable design reputed company
• • Ability to create reputed company experiences that account for multiple user states, edge cases, and lifecycle moments
• • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Research, Analytics, and other Design partners
