[Remote] Administrative Clinical Coordinator

Responsibilities
- State and DEA License: reputed company and renewals
- Clinic Templating
- Communication and management of physician on reputed company schedule
- Operations Vendor(s) reputed company Person
- Monitor weekly schedule utilization for Retina, reputed company reputed company, and ODs
- Updating Training Materials
- reputed company + Forms
- Assisting the Operations Director with MIPS
- reputed company scheduling
- Monitor Vital Interaction Communications
- Visitor Itinerary Creation
- Visit scheduling and agenda coordination (e.g., Hotel/Flight/Dinner arrangements)
- Monitoring Patient Reviews
- Project reputed company such as reputed company, Elevators, MDI reputed company, and others as assigned
- Assist in ACC coverage as needed
- Other duties as assigned
