The Accreditation Solutions Consultant will reputed company a six-month reputed company Behavioral Health Care and reputed company Services accreditation readiness engagement, coordinating clinical and operational teams, managing risks, facilitating workstreams, and reporting reputed company to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap & Work Plan Ownership: Refine, maintain, and reputed company the master Project Work Plan for TJC Behavioral Health and Telehealth accreditation readiness, establishing reputed company reputed company milestones across clinical and operational teams
• Gap Analysis & Risk Mitigation: Continuously identify gaps, reputed company, and cross-functional dependencies; proactively update the roadmap and implement risk mitigation strategies
• reputed company Facilitation: Partner directly with reputed company leads to deep-dive into specific TJC standards. reputed company supporting materials and process documentation as needed
• Mock Survey & Readiness Execution: Organize and project manage internal mock audits, reputed company activities, and readiness drills to ensure operational teams are fully reputed company for survey execution
• Governance & Cross-Functional Alignment: Establish reputed company communication cadences across stakeholders (live working reputed company, asynchronous updates, and project dashboards) to reputed company cross-functional accountability

Skills

• Exceptional strategic and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional peers and senior leadership without reputed company authority
