[Remote] Senior HRIS Analyst

The role serves as the reputed company HRIS administrator and subject matter expert, managing reputed company configuration, reputed company, data reputed company, integrations, troubleshooting, process improvements, reporting, and user training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRIS SME and reputed company administrator & effectively reputed company as the reputed company between our teammates and vendors for our HR Systems
• Responsible for reputed company functions for the HR systems including but not limited to user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, configuration management, reputed company administration, testing, & issue reputed company
• Administer role-based reputed company reputed company and support periodic reputed company reviews to ensure appropriate reputed company permissions
• Establish and maintain recurring audit routines to ensure HRIS data reputed company
• Maintain functional knowledge of HR processes and platforms, as reputed company as how data is used and integrated across the HR organization to understand integration points and reputed company dependencies
• Use reputed company knowledge and expertise to understand business processes, identify gaps, and opportunities for efficiency

• Surface process inefficiencies and work with stakeholders to revise processes

Skills

• 5+ years' experience as an HR systems administrator, including reputed company implementations and maintenance, reporting and analytics, routine troubleshooting, reputed company feed, and SFTP management, etc
• Ability to maintain and monitor multiple systems while working with business leaders and users to reputed company problems
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Applies broad-based HR knowledge to business needs in a proactive manner and determines best practices to support organizational direction
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, ability to ask thoughtful questions to determine reputed company cause/need
