[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter - Contract

The Senior Technical Recruiter will reputed company full-cycle reputed company for engineering and other technical roles, reputed company sourcing strategies, and build talent pipelines. The role also partners with HR leaders and hiring managers, manages reputed company metrics and compliance, and supports process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manages and executes full life cycle reputed company
• Partners with HR and hiring managers, develops a deep understanding of assigned positions and business reputed company. Identifies required skills, experience, and competencies, as reputed company as other in reputed company job profile preferences
• Develops and implements effective, reputed company sourcing strategies. Leverages a reputed company of sources, relevant to the job, such as universities, job boards, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company search, and other reputed company media. Identifies key diversity sourcing tools to ensures attracting a diverse pool of talent
• Designs behavioral based interviewing guides, based on reputed company and functional competencies
• Sources, screens and presents reputed company candidates to hiring managers
• Applies tools and provides guidance and advice to influence the best hiring decision
• Extends, negotiates and closes offers
• Provides hiring managers with advice, training and tools to create an effective hiring process and reputed company experience for the candidate
• Applies and train others on behavioral interviewing methodologies
• Creates customized technical and behavioral interview guides, with reputed company on reputed company and functional job competencies
• Fosters a reputed company, reputed company interviewing experience for candidates
• Works with hiring managers, reputed company members and support staff to coordinate and schedule interviews, to include travel arrangements if required
• Develops a network of potential candidates or referral sources. Serves as company reputed company to candidates, presenting a reputed company and compelling company image
• Serves as the reputed company between candidates and hiring managers
• Delivers reputed company follow up and feedback to candidates in the interview process
• Provides realistic and thorough job overviews, highlighting the benefits of a career at reputed company
• Builds a network with relevant industry, reputed company, or other reputed company to create a pipeline of talent
• Manages reputed company process effectively
• Manages requisitions through ATS to ensure that hiring activity is documented according to OFCCP and AAP requirements
• Tracks data accurately, review and report on reputed company metrics to include time to fill, cost of hire, and other required reports
• Provides leadership or support on reputed company reputed company initiatives or programs
• Assumes ownership of assigned areas of expertise, such as use of reputed company media, reputed company process tools, behavioral interviewing, ATS administration, or college reputed company, as examples

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree - B.A. or B.S. degree in reputed company Management or equivalent
• Four (4) to six (6) years recruitment and/or reputed company experience in a reputed company fast paced corporate environment
• Must have working experience with ATS and AAP/OFCCP compliance
• Must have experience reputed company reputed company and leadership positions
• Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment processes, recruitment strategies are necessary
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work, handles multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and enforce deadlines, while maintaining flexibility to reassess and re-prioritize
• Ability to take initiative; strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships, recruit candidates and reputed company selection reputed company
• Strong computer skills
• Raleigh, NC is strongly preferred
