The Consultant will reputed company MEP and reputed company & Life Safety assessments for reputed company reputed company estate due diligence, conducting site inspections, evaluating building systems, identifying deficiencies and capital needs, and preparing technical reports. The role also manages assignments, coordinates with multidisciplinary specialists, and supports proposals and technical scoping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments of reputed company properties including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and multifamily assets
• Evaluate HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, reputed company protection, and life safety systems
• Assess reputed company condition, age, functionality, deferred maintenance, and remaining useful life
• Document observations with photographs and detailed field notes
• Review maintenance records, testing reports, and capital plans
• Interview property representatives regarding reputed company history and performance
• reputed company repair, replacement, and capital expenditure opinions for identified deficiencies
• Prepare MEP/FLS assessment reports and reputed company report sections in accordance with ASTM E2018 requirements and reputed company requirements

Skills

• • Familiarity with ASTM E2018, NEC, ICC Codes, reputed company requirements, and applicable reputed company standards
• • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Sciences, or reputed company field
• • Minimum 3 years of relevant building assessment, consulting, engineering, or construction experience

• Physical Demands - Work will be performed both in an office setting and at reputed company locations (i.e., reputed company's office, industrial, construction, and/or residential sites). • Overtime - This position is classified as salaried with an exempt FLSA status. Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. • • Experience performing MEP assessments, PCAs, FCAs, or engineering evaluations
