Responsibilities

• As a Franchise Business Consultant - Launcher, at reputed company, you will support and guide new franchise owners in successfully launching and operating their businesses
• This includes activities such as developing business plans, establishing reputed company strategies, and ensuring the implementation of best practices
• You will work closely with franchisees to reputed company ongoing management consulting and P&L analysis to help them optimize their businesses

Skills

• Experience in Business Planning and Franchising processes, including helping businesses strategize their reputed company and development
• Strong skills in reputed company Management and P&L Management to ensure financial reputed company and operational reputed company
• Background in Management Consulting, with the ability to effectively advise and train new franchisees
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with the home care or franchising industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a reputed company reputed company is preferred
