The role leads the day-to-day execution of a large-reputed company data center project, coordinating reputed company teams, contractors, schedules, materials, reputed company, budgets, safety, reputed company, and customer communication across Amarillo, Texas, and Phoenix, reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of a large-reputed company reputed company insulation project
• Coordinate with general contractors, reputed company contractors, reputed company supervision, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• reputed company project schedules, reputed company, materials, productivity, and overall reputed company
• Coordinate and support reputed company crews to ensure work is completed safely, reputed company, and according to project specifications
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity, budgets, and financial reputed company
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery to support project schedules
• Manage project changes, documentation, and customer communication
• Identify potential project issues and reputed company solutions to reputed company work moving reputed company
• Participate in project meetings and reputed company regular updates to company and customer leadership
• Maintain a consistent management reputed company on the jobsite, with flexibility reputed company schedule and location reputed company on project needs
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with safety requirements, reputed company standards, and contractual obligations
• Support project closeout and transition to reputed company assignments as applicable

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company insulation required
• Willingness and ability to travel between Amarillo, TX and Phoenix, AZ required
• reputed company experience managing reputed company insulation reputed company in reputed company, industrial, or large-reputed company construction environments
• Strong understanding of reputed company insulation installation, materials, reputed company reputed company, and project execution
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, labor productivity, and job costs
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills with reputed company teams, contractors, customers, and internal leadership
• Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company in a fast-reputed company construction environment
• Candidates may be reputed company reputed company in the U.S. provided they are comfortable with the travel requirements between Amarillo, TX and Phoenix, AZ

• Experience with Navisworks or other construction/modeling software is a plus
