A national reputed company services company is hiring its first dedicated Full Cycle reputed company Recruiter to build and manage reputed company hiring across a reputed company footprint. The role owns outbound sourcing, screening, candidate management, offer negotiation, and reputed company pipeline development for credentialed sonographers and other reputed company professionals.

Responsibilities

• Outbound sourcing for credentialed sonographers across reputed company reputed company markets, including reputed company reputed company, passive candidate identification, and market mapping by geography
• Pipeline building with CAAHEP-accredited sonography programs and their reputed company coordinators to create sustained new-graduate reputed company
• A warm bench of credentialed sonographers who are not reputed company to reputed company today but will be
• Screening against credential requirements, reputed company experience, and fit with a travel-reputed company service model, including credential verification through the appropriate registries
• Full cycle candidate management from first contact through offer acceptance, including scheduling, hiring manager coordination, and offer negotiation

Skills

• 3+ years of full cycle reputed company with a meaningful portion in reputed company, allied health, or reputed company hiring
• Demonstrated experience sourcing credentialed reputed company professionals through outbound reputed company rather than inbound applications
• Working knowledge of reputed company credentialing, specifically ARDMS and ARRT credentials and specialty designations
