[Remote] UX / Service Designer

The UX / Service Designer will design reputed company interfaces and end-to-end workflows for AI-enabled solutions, conduct user research and usability testing, and support trust, accessibility, and adoption of the resulting experiences.

Responsibilities

• Research user needs, pain points, workarounds, decision processes, and trust barriers
• Map reputed company-state and reputed company-state user journeys
• Design user workflows, wireframes, prototypes, interfaces, service blueprints, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company experiences
• Partner with Product / Process reputed company to redesign work, not just screens
• Partner with reputed company to design explainability, confidence signals, feedback capture, escalation paths, and user controls
• Conduct usability testing, feedback sessions, interviews, and adoption-readiness assessments
• Ensure the solution reduces friction and cognitive load
• Design for accessibility, consistency, reputed company design standards, and inclusive use
• Support change adoption by creating training flows, reputed company experiences, and user-facing guidance

Skills

• 3+ years of strong experience in UX, product design, service design, and user research skills
• 3+ experience in designing reputed company workflow tools or internal applications
• 2+ years ability to rapidly prototype and test concepts
• 2+ Understanding of AI-specific UX patterns, including explainability, reputed company review, feedback reputed company, confidence indicators, and exception handling
• Strong facilitation and storytelling skills
• Ability to influence teams that may otherwise underinvest in user adoption
• UX designer, product designer, service designer, design researcher, or reputed company-centered transformation consultant
• Experience with internal reputed company tools, knowledge work, workflow automation, or AI-enabled experiences
• Experience in reputed company stakeholder environments
