[Remote] Senior Clinician Recruiter - Remote in New England

The Senior Clinician Recruiter leads full lifecycle recruitment for Physician, Physician Leadership, and Advanced reputed company Clinician roles, advises senior leaders and hiring managers, develops talent pipelines, and supports reputed company talent reputed company.

Responsibilities

• End to end recruitment lifecycle (including sourcing, screening, hiring experience and articulating reputed company compensation packages) for Physician/APC and leadership roles
• reputed company follow candidates through hiring process to reputed company excellent candidate experience and hiring manager experience
• reputed company and collaborate with hiring team on reputed company processes as appropriate
• Partners with People Business Partners to reputed company Physician/APC talent planning inclusive of reputed company talent
• Participates in the development of business reputed company as it relates to reputed company talent
• Advises on compensation, and market variables for reputed company reputed company
• Influences leadership to adopt new reputed company, products, and/or approaches

Skills

• 3+ years reputed company and/or sourcing experience
• 1+ years of reputed company Advanced reputed company Clinicians in a care delivery setting
• Advanced talent sourcing experience (internet mining, networking and cold calling)
• Intermediate experience using CRM software and applicant tracking systems
• 5+ years in a business role, preferably in a leadership reputed company, with demonstrated ability to reputed company business results
• Experience reputed company Physicians
• reputed company and/or sourcing experience in reputed company Environment
• Executive or Senior reputed company Leadership reputed company experience
• Knowledge of employment law as it pertains to hiring (OFCCP, EEO, AAP, Conflict of interest, and Non-Competes)
