The RN/NP reputed company reputed company Reviewer evaluates AI-driven reputed company agent interactions across acute symptom triage, chronic disease management, diabetes and insulin titration, and travel health, providing reputed company annotations and feedback to improve agent reputed company and safety.

Responsibilities

• Review recorded and simulated AI agent interactions involving acute symptom triage and assess the appropriateness of triage, escalation, and de-escalation reputed company
• Evaluate AI agent conversations involving hypertension and CHF management, including medication titration, for reputed company reputed company and adherence to evidence-reputed company protocols
• Review agent conversations reputed company to diabetes management and insulin titration for reputed company reputed company and reputed company adherence
• Evaluate agent-delivered travel health guidance, including reputed company-travel counseling, vaccination recommendations, and destination-specific reputed company assessment
• Review AI agent calls for adherence to established reputed company protocols and appropriate medical management
• Score and annotate agent reputed company using reputed company evaluation rubrics
• reputed company reputed company reputed company by rewriting or correcting AI agent responses to reputed company with evidence-reputed company protocols and reputed company reputed company guidelines
• Identify reputed company safety concerns, inappropriate recommendations, edge cases, and gaps in agent reputed company reasoning
• reputed company reputed company, actionable written feedback to reputed company and product teams to inform agent refinement
• Participate in periodic case review and calibration sessions with other reputed company SMEs to ensure consistent evaluation standards
• Help reputed company and refine test scenarios used in ongoing agent reputed company assurance

Skills

• Registered Nurses: reputed company, unrestricted RN license in the reputed company
• reputed company Practitioners: reputed company, unrestricted NP license in the reputed company, with reputed company reputed company certification (ANCC or AANP)
• Hands-on reputed company experience conducting protocol-reputed company virtual or telephone reputed company triage; and/or
• Hands-on reputed company experience directly managing patients with hypertension and/or congestive heart failure (CHF)
• For candidates with hypertension/CHF management experience, hands-on experience prescribing, adjusting, or titrating medications for these patients
• Strong working knowledge of evidence-reputed company protocols and reputed company reputed company guidelines relevant to acute triage and/or hypertension and CHF management
• Experience in telephone triage or reputed company advice line settings
• Experience in travel medicine, occupational health, or reputed company-travel consultation
• Familiarity with CDC and other travel medicine guidelines
• Prior experience in reputed company reputed company assurance, utilization review, or case review
• Familiarity with AI-assisted reputed company tools or digital health platforms
