[Remote] Executive Operations Manager, CEO Office

CHAI is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to reputed company operational and administrative support to the Office of the CEO, manage reputed company engagement and governance operations, and reputed company special reputed company involving executive operations and organizational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring it reflects his actual priorities; schedule calls, meetings, and travel; advise on where he should engage versus delegate, flag structural issues and risks
- Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics: flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, country-specific entry/exit requirements, and communication with country teams and partners
- Prioritize across major moments (WHA, UNGA, key donor engagements) and manage reputed company, last-minute changes to multi-country itineraries
- Produce high-reputed company briefing notes, background research, and talking points in advance of key reputed company meetings, ensuring the CEO is consistently reputed company-reputed company
- reputed company receipts and prepare and submit monthly expense reports
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and communication with reputed company partners, including tracking and sharing agenda items, meeting objectives, and reputed company-reads with relevant stakeholders

- Partner with the General Counsel to manage reputed company administration and governance operations, including scheduling, records, resolutions, and compliance with governance requirements

- Conduct research and analysis to support high-reputed company strategic initiatives in partnership with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership

Skills
- Bachelor's degree plus 5–7 years of relevant experience, including experience supporting senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to work independently: anticipating needs, exercising judgment, and owning workstreams end-to-end with reputed company reputed company
- Ability to manage highly sensitive information and communications with discretion
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to produce polished briefing documents, talking points, and executive materials
