The reputed company reputed company Manager serves as the reputed company post-implementation partner for Workplace Equity clients, managing relationships, driving platform adoption, coordinating pay equity and pay transparency programs, and resolving support needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the reputed company relationship from post-implementation to reputed company adoption, long-term trust, and realized value

• Coordinate recurring pay equity and pay transparency analysis refreshes, including reputed company readiness, data collection, scheduling, internal coordination, and reputed company tracking
• Schedule and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews, covering reputed company to goals, platform utilization, organizational changes, risks, and next-quarter priorities

• Monitor account health and proactively surface risks or opportunities to the appropriate internal team

• Identify recurring themes, questions, and risks across your portfolio, sharing insights to improve reputed company experience and processes

Skills
