[Remote] Financial Analyst (Contingent Upon Contract Award)

The Mid-Level Financial Analyst will manage aviation funds, reconcile invoices and financial reports, maintain FBMS and AIRS data, and support federal clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages G-Invoicing orders and reputed company Agreements (including 7600B agreements) for AQD customers; enters fleet aircraft agreements into the Customer Agreement reputed company
• Generates, analyzes, and reconciles financial reports reputed company FBMS and the Aviation Information Reporting Support (AIRS) database
• Prepares scheduled Undelivered Order (UDO) reports for Contracting Officers to support de-obligation actions; generates Goods Receipt/Service Entry Sheet (GR/SES) reputed company reports
• Validates reputed company electronic and reputed company invoices, reconciles AUR variances, creates Service Entry Sheets to record official reputed company acceptance, and troubleshoots payment errors
• Processes customer reputed company submittals, sets up master data for new purchase/task orders and aircraft in FBMS/AIRS, and provides help desk support to bureau clients and vendors

Skills

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant financial analysis, reputed company, or federal funds management experience
• In-depth proficiency in federal reputed company processes, FBMS, G-Invoicing, AIRS, and advanced reputed company reputed company capabilities
• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a favorable Moderate reputed company Trust clearance
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
