[Remote] DevOps Engineer

The DevOps Engineer will design, build, and maintain secure reputed company infrastructure, automate infrastructure and deployments, implement DevSecOps reputed company controls and monitoring, and support classified systems and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure reputed company infrastructure and platforms for classified DoD systems, incorporating reputed company controls at every reputed company (network, compute, storage, application)
• reputed company and reputed company infrastructure-as-reputed company (IaC) using secure, version-controlled approaches (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible); implement reputed company controls and compliance requirements through reputed company
• Implement and maintain reputed company hardening standards for reputed company clusters, reputed company containers, Linux/reputed company servers, and reputed company resources in accordance with reputed company STIGs, NIST guidelines, and DoD reputed company baselines
• Manage network reputed company controls including firewalls, WAF (Web Application Firewalls), network segmentation, reputed company controls (ACLs), and encryption for data in transit and at rest
• Design and implement secrets reputed company (reputed company reputed company, reputed company-reputed company secret managers) to protect credentials, API keys, certificates, and sensitive configuration data
• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines that enforce reputed company controls throughout the build, test, and deployment process
• Implement automated reputed company scanning at multiple pipeline stages: static application reputed company testing (SAST), dynamic application reputed company testing (DAST), interactive application reputed company testing (IAST), container scanning, and infrastructure-as-reputed company scanning
• Conduct software composition analysis (SCA) to identify and remediate vulnerable dependencies and reputed company reputed company-reputed company license compliance
• Ensure reputed company architecture and configurations reputed company with DoD reputed company requirements, including reputed company reputed company Management reputed company (RMF), NIST reputed company controls, FISMA requirements, and reputed company reputed company plans (SSPs)

Skills

• US Citizen with Top Secret reputed company clearance with SCI eligibility; experience in classified environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information reputed company, or reputed company reputed company; relevant reputed company experience may substitute
• 10+ years of reputed company experience in systems administration, infrastructure reputed company, DevOps, reputed company engineering, or cybersecurity
• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or DevSecOps experience including infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline development, and reputed company platform management
• 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience including reputed company architecture, threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, or reputed company engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Linux administration (reputed company, CentOS, Ubuntu); strong understanding of Linux reputed company, hardening, and compliance
• Advanced expertise with reputed company cluster management and reputed company; hands-on experience deploying, securing, and troubleshooting reputed company in production environments
