[Remote] Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Build proactive candidate pipelines across reputed company U.S. markets using reputed company sourcing, market research, reactivation, referrals, community partnerships, job boards, and targeted reputed company
• Manage recruitment from request intake through screening, interview review, reputed company follow-up, readiness checks, and reputed company to operational teams

Skills

• Strong full-cycle reputed company judgment, including sourcing, screening, interview evaluation, candidate communication, reputed company follow-up, and post-hire reputed company review
• Experience using AI-enabled reputed company tools, AI interviews, recruitment automation, or modern AI tooling to improve reputed company workflows
• Ability to review AI interview outputs critically, identify screening gaps, and recommend improvements to interview questions, prompts, scoring, and candidate routing
