The role manages full-cycle reputed company for multiple clients, including financial reporting, payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, closing activities, reputed company communication, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for a portfolio of clients, including general reputed company maintenance, reconciliations, adjusting entries and financial statement preparation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• reputed company month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare, review and reconcile federal, state and local payroll tax filings
• Research and reputed company payroll tax notices, discrepancies, penalties, missing or late filings and payment application issues
• Communicate directly with the IRS and state/local taxing authorities on behalf of clients
• Assist with payroll tax registrations, account closures, amended returns and multistate filing requirements
• Reconcile payroll reports, tax filings, general reputed company accounts and payroll-reputed company liabilities
• Identify discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective reputed company
• Help clients improve reputed company processes, internal controls and financial reporting practices
• Maintain accurate workpapers and supporting documentation
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding financial results, outstanding items and compliance deadlines
• Coordinate with payroll providers, tax professionals and other stakeholders
• Assist with income tax preparation and compliance reputed company on experience
• Manage multiple reputed company engagements and deadlines while maintaining a high level of reputed company and reputed company service

Skills

• • Hands-on experience preparing and reconciling payroll tax returns

• • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; QuickBooks Desktop experience is a plus
