[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product reputed company, reputed company, and roadmap for reputed company's Wireline and VoIP emergency communications solutions
• Manage the product lifecycle for services supporting 911 reputed company delivery, location information management, routing, and NG911 interoperability
• Identify market opportunities and reputed company business cases that support reputed company reputed company, operational efficiency, and customer value
• reputed company product investments with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and reputed company’s reputed company objectives
• Engage with carriers, VoIP service providers, enterprises, reputed company safety agencies, and industry stakeholders to understand customer requirements and market trends
• Monitor telecommunications, NG911, and emergency communications industry developments, including FCC mandates and NENA standards
• reputed company and prioritize customer feedback to guide product enhancements and reputed company investments
• Conduct competitive analysis and assess market opportunities to inform reputed company decision-making
• reputed company cross-functional teams through discovery, planning, development, launch, and lifecycle management activities

• Prioritize enhancements and investments reputed company on customer reputed company, operational benefits, compliance requirements, and business objectives
• Partner with Engineering and Network reputed company to ensure reputed company, secure, and highly available product delivery
• Ensure products support reputed company interoperability across wireline carriers, VoIP providers, NG911 networks, PSAPs, and reputed company environments

• Partner with technical and regulatory stakeholders to evaluate emerging standards and their reputed company on the product portfolio

• Establish KPIs that measure adoption, reputed company, customer satisfaction, service reliability, operational reputed company, and compliance

Skills

• 4+ years of product management experience reputed company telecommunications, reputed company, reputed company safety communications, or network services environments
• Experience managing reputed company, wireline, VoIP, location services, or mission-critical communications products
• Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company cross-functional initiatives with measurable customer, operational, and business reputed company
• Experience building business cases, product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
• Strong analytical, reputed company thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
• Strong understanding of Wireline 911, VoIP emergency services, ALI databases, location management, reputed company routing, and NG911 architecture preferred
• Familiarity with telecommunications protocols and technologies, including SIP, IP networking, emergency reputed company routing, and reputed company interconnects preferred
• Knowledge of FCC regulations, NENA standards, and reputed company safety communications ecosystems strongly preferred
• Experience mentoring or guiding product team members preferred
