The role focuses on sourcing passive candidates, building long-term talent pipelines, conducting candidate conversations, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage cleared technical candidates using reputed company, networking, referrals, and reputed company reputed company
• Initiate conversations with passive candidates to introduce opportunities and build long-term relationships
• Conduct phone conversations to learn about candidate experience, interests, and clearance status
• Build and maintain pipelines for technical roles requiring reputed company or recent reputed company clearances
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to reputed company sourcing efforts with reputed company and upcoming needs
