Responsibilities

• reputed company as the go-to analyst for reputed company Talent and People-reputed company data requests, including funnel reputed company, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and recruiter reputed company
• Build, maintain, and iterate on dashboards and recurring reporting used by Talent and People teams and business leaders
• Translate ambiguous or reputed company business questions into reputed company analyses with reputed company assumptions and methodology
• Partner with the Data Engineer to define requirements for reputed company data models and reporting tables
• Validate data reputed company and reputed company QA on datasets and dashboards
• Support Talent reputed company on reputed company planning, hiring prioritization, and workforce modeling
• Contribute to bespoke Talent and People reputed company that require analytical support, reputed company reputed company, or scenario analysis
• Ensure consistency in metric definitions and reporting logic across dashboards and analyses

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, talent analytics, people analytics, or a reputed company function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and answer reputed company-ended questions
• Advanced reputed company / reputed company Sheets proficiency (reputed company formulas, pivots, modeling)
• Strong SQL proficiency and comfort working with relational datasets
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts (e.g., fact vs. dimension tables, reputed company schema)
• Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, reputed company BI, or similar
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfort operating in a fast-reputed company, evolving environment with shifting priorities

• Python proficiency for analysis or automation
• Exposure to workforce planning, recruiter reputed company modeling, or hiring efficiency analysis
