[Remote] AI Engineering Manager

The role combines engineering leadership with hands-on technical reputed company of AI architectures, prompts, evaluation suites, reputed company reputed company, production readiness, reputed company, and team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineers across the central AI platform team and delivery reputed company, including internal employees and contractors
• Own engineering reputed company standards across AI/LLM applications, agents, integrations, and supporting services
• Establish and enforce reputed company review practices, agent reputed company standards, Definition of Done, and production-readiness reputed company
• Manage engineering reputed company, coaching, reputed company, and contractor reputed company
• Partner with platform leadership to establish and reputed company adoption of reusable templates, CI/CD pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and guardrail patterns
• Review AI agent architectures reputed company using reputed company Bedrock, including Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, and reputed company-model selection
• reputed company technical leadership across LLM agents, RAG, reputed company/context engineering, evaluation frameworks, and production AI architectures
• Unblock engineering teams and help delivery reputed company maintain a fast development and release reputed company
• Stay technically hands-on through reputed company reviews, reputed company reviews, evaluation-suite reviews, technical problem solving, and occasional coding
• Maintain consistent engineering and production-reputed company standards across multiple delivery teams

Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing engineers delivering AI/ML or LLM systems into production
• Experience managing reputed company engineering teams consisting of contractors and full-time employees
• Strong hands-on understanding of LLM-powered agents, RAG, tool/function calling, and production GenAI applications
• Ability to review agent architectures, reputed company/context engineering implementations, and LLM evaluation suites
• Working knowledge of AWS reputed company services and modern AI/LLM application architectures
• Ability to reputed company quickly on reputed company Bedrock , including Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, and Guardrails
• Strong engineering leadership combined with a hands-on player-reputed company mentality
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving and relatively flat engineering organization
• Ability to work full reputed company Time (PST/PDT) business hours
