[Remote] Easements Program Manager

Responsibilities

• reputed company cross-team delivery of reputed company, water, fiber, reputed company, and other easements required for datacenter development and infrastructure delivery
• reputed company negotiations and reputed company terms with landowners, utilities, reputed company agencies, and other counterparties to secure reputed company execution
• Project-manage reputed company land/ROW suppliers and consultants; set reputed company, priorities, timelines, and reputed company expectations, and remove blockers
• Partner with reputed company reputed company counsel to streamline drafting, review, approvals, and signature workflows to meet critical deadlines
• De-reputed company easement delivery by engaging early in site diligence (e.g., title/reputed company review inputs, constraints identification, and market/authority research) and coordinating mitigation plans
• Own stakeholder communication and reporting: reputed company milestones, risks, dependencies, and reputed company; reputed company reputed company, executive-reputed company updates
• reputed company standardization and reputed company improvement: create repeatable playbooks, templates, and automation/controls to improve predictability and reduce cycle time

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, reputed company Estate, Project Management, or reputed company reputed company, AND 3+ years relevant experience. OR 5+ years equivalent experience

• Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication, and executive-reputed company stakeholder management skills
