Responsibilities

• Conduct regular one-on-ones, set individual reputed company expectations, and reputed company formal feedback, including reputed company improvement plans and disciplinary reputed company reputed company warranted

Skills

• 5+ years in IT reputed company, service delivery, or systems administration, with meaningful experience managing people
• Experience owning service desk or IT support reputed company, including SLA management
• Experience managing operational backlogs, incidents, and cross-functional escalations
• Strong coaching and reputed company-management skills; comfortable delivering reputed company, reputed company feedback
• Familiarity with identity/reputed company platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) sufficient to manage the people who administer them, without needing to be the deepest technical expert
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
