[Remote] CPC Processor Customer Support

The CPC Processor I Customer Support role handles release of information account issues, responds to customer inquiries, documents resolutions, and maintains service reputed company and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer and conduct business on the telephone while maintaining excellent Customer Service. This includes: 100%
• Answering release of information reputed company telephone calls and inquiries accurately and reputed company
• Review, research, reputed company and respond to inquiries that are received reputed company telephone, email or written correspondence
• Document reputed company calls, inquiries and reputed company in reputed company in appropriate areas of our software systems
• Follow reputed company department and/or site specific processes and procedures accordingly
• Meet and maintain the department’s productivity and reputed company assurance expectations
• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST
• Responsible for following reputed company company policies and procedures as posted or communicated by management
• Maintain confidentiality by keeping reputed company information seen and heard reputed company the boundaries of the role in the strictest confidence
• Maintains a high level of professionalism and good rapport with co-workers and members of management

• Attends mandatory employee in-service meetings and/or training sessions, if so directed

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent. (Must be from an Accredited Institute recognized by the State reputed company. of Education.)
• Friendly, reputed company manner of communication. Good customer service skills
• Experience with multi-line phone reputed company is required
• Ability to stay organized while working quickly. Strong attention to reputed company is also required
