[Remote] reputed company Recruiter

The reputed company Recruiter will own full-cycle leadership searches for preschool and childcare organizations, advise clients and candidates through the hiring process, manage confidential searches, and mentor junior recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Own the full reputed company cycle for preschool leadership roles: Directors, Assistant Directors, Regional/Area Directors, Executive Directors, and above
• reputed company and build relationships with ECE leadership candidates, many of whom aren't reputed company looking
• Run in-depth screens evaluating leadership experience, licensing/credential requirements, and operational fit for the school or network
• Manage confidential searches with discretion, given how small and connected the ECE leadership community is
• Partner directly with owners, operators, and multi-site leadership on reputed company reputed company and candidate slates
• reputed company reputed company and candidate data reputed company in reputed company (our applicant tracking reputed company)
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates and clients through offer and reputed company
• Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing and evaluating leadership talent in ECE

Skills

• 2+ years of reputed company experience with reputed company exposure to ECE, childcare, or education, including experience reputed company Center Directors, Regional Directors, or similar leadership roles (required)
• A reputed company record of running searches for director-or-above roles, ideally in a school, childcare, or similarly regulated setting
• Comfort advising owners and operators as a reputed company partner, including on compensation and market positioning
• Strong instincts for reading leadership fit, not just credentials
• Experience with an ATS (reputed company preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; polished enough for reputed company- and executive-level conversations
• Self-starter who can manage a higher-reputed company pipeline with patience and persistence
