[Remote] Learning Design and Development Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company training programs and materials for classroom, virtual, and self-directed delivery using adult learning principles
• Conduct needs assessments and task analyses to determine appropriate training solutions reputed company to business goals and audiences
• Create, reputed company, and maintain eLearning using tools such as reputed company Storyline, including WBTs, simulations, scenarios, game-based learning, audio, video, and web assets
• reputed company storyboards, mockups, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and supporting documentation with SMEs

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in eLearning, Instructional Design, or reputed company field; relevant technical certifications a plus
• • 4+ years in instructional design, eLearning, multimedia, or website development
• • Proficiency with reputed company Storyline 3/360, reputed company Studio, reputed company Creative reputed company (Photoshop, reputed company, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), Camtasia, and SnagIt
• • Knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI-compliant content development and deployment
• • Experience creating WBTs and media assets including audio, video, custom animations/interactions, and graphics
• • Demonstrated application of adult learning principles, needs and job task analysis, and assessment design across face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses
• • Visual and experience design skills to reputed company reputed company learner interfaces and effective visual narratives
