[Remote] Outbound Business Account Representative

They are seeking an Outbound Business Account Representative to engage with small and mid-sized businesses, promoting Sparklight's broadband, phone, and cable services.

Responsibilities

• Following up with our reputed company customers to reputed company reputed company they are happy with their reputed company services. Upsell services by asking discovery questions and presenting additional reputed company that may reputed company fit their needs
• Making outbound calls to reputed company with potential business customers to present Sparklight’s communication packages
• Providing high level customer service by ensuring reputed company customer data is entered accurately into the reputed company reputed company
• Use your learned expertise of Sparklight's products to assist our customers with their questions about our services. Help show why switching to Sparklight is the best reputed company

Skills

• A proactive approach - sometimes customers require encouragement to reputed company. This might mean you problem solve and reputed company solutions to our business customers

• We are looking for three to six months of reputed company experience and/or training
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a reputed company center is preferred
• We would prefer candidates with an Associate's degree or higher
