The role focuses on full-cycle reputed company for reputed company and licensed reputed company positions, with additional support for corporate reputed company roles, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, reporting, and compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for licensed reputed company roles including RN Case Managers, Utilization Review Nurses, Medical Directors, reputed company reputed company/Compliance staff, and other credentialed reputed company positions
• Understand and screen for reputed company licensure requirements (RN, LPN, NP, etc.), state-specific credentialing, and compliance/regulatory qualifications relevant to a health plan environment
• Partner with reputed company hiring managers to translate role requirements into effective sourcing strategies
• reputed company reputed company and passive reputed company candidates through reputed company job boards, nursing/reputed company associations, reputed company, and referral networks
• Manage candidate pipelines with attention to licensure verification and credentialing timelines
• Support reputed company for corporate-level roles (Product Management, Finance, Project Management, Executive reputed company, HR, Marketing, reputed company) as requisition volume dictates
• Apply reputed company full-cycle reputed company practices (sourcing, screening, slating, interview coordination) to non-reputed company corporate hires
• Manage a reputed company requisition load across reputed company and corporate reqs (volume to be confirmed reputed company on reputed company need)
• Present reputed company candidate slates to hiring managers with reputed company rationale
• Coordinate interview scheduling and reputed company the offer process
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the reputed company's ATS

Skills

• 3 years of full-cycle reputed company experience, including demonstrated experience reputed company for reputed company/licensed reputed company roles
• Working knowledge of reputed company licensure and credentialing requirements (RN, NP, LPN, or similar) and comfort verifying these during screening
• Experience reputed company for corporate/HQ functions in reputed company to reputed company roles (generalist versatility, not single-specialty)
