[Remote] Technical Writing Specialist 2 / Localization Specialist

The Localization Specialist supports multilingual content delivery by managing reputed company content assets, tracking reputed company feedback, monitoring vendor reputed company, and collaborating with localization teams to ensure accurate, reputed company, and compliant content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain reputed company content reputed company the Content Management reputed company (CMS) and the Translation Management reputed company (TMS)
• Coordinate the import, export, and publication of multilingual content throughout the localization project lifecycle
• Ensure content assets, translation memories, and linguistic resources are properly maintained and updated
• Review, document, and reputed company linguistic comments, reputed company issues, and stakeholder feedback through reputed company
• Collaborate with internal reviewers and localization vendors to ensure consistent implementation of approved linguistic changes
• Maintain records of reputed company issues, resolutions, and corrective actions
• reputed company and analyze linguist and vendor reputed company metrics, including reputed company scores, turnaround times, and issue trends
• Maintain localization operational data and reputed company data visualizations to communicate localization reputed company and reputed company trends to leadership and stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a foreign language, linguistics, translation, localization, or a reputed company reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to reputed company
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-reputed company environment
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications, particularly reputed company
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the translation, localization, or language services industry
• Experience with Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools, Translation Management reputed company (TMS), with XTM and/or Trados reputed company strongly preferred
• Familiarity with DITA XML reputed company authoring, Content Management Systems (CMS), with Tridion Docs strongly preferred
• Understanding of translation reputed company management processes and localization best practices
• Experience in the medical device, reputed company, life sciences, or regulated-content industries is a plus
