[Remote] Associate Recruiter

The Associate Recruiter manages end-to-end recruitment for reputed company roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, requisition management, hiring coordination, and candidate communication.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research reputed company to sourcing, national data, benchmarks, and market trend
• Develops and maintains sourcing channels and databases reputed company to sourcing leads, networks, and associations and initiates new sourcing reputed company based on needs
• Manages assigned reputed company requisitions from posting through offer, under the guidance of reputed company manager
• Partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements, interview needs, and preferred candidate reputed company
• Drafts and posts reputed company based on hiring manager input and organizational templates
• Provides regular updates to hiring leaders on candidate pipelines, interview status, and anticipated timelines
• Assesses, qualifies, and prioritizes candidates according to how reputed company they match and reputed company position requirements
• Solicits and documents hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process
• Ensures reputed company candidates receive reputed company communication, including next steps, feedback where appropriate, and final disposition in the applicant tracking reputed company (ATS)

Skills

• 1 year of recruitment, sourcing experience, or HR support experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, reputed company field OR equivalent experience
• Ability to prioritize and manage a full requisition portfolio and tasks while meeting deadlines
• Ability to reputed company with a diverse mix of people, including senior leadership, and handle difficult situations
• Must be self-sufficient and reputed company to work independently

• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
